Job Description: McKesson, Inc. is a leading international provider of healthcare services including pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare IT solutions.
Position: Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company’s software. Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommend solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems.
Minimum Requirements: - Tier 1 or 2 level technical support experience - Excellent customer service skills - SW applications experience - Entry level experience
Education: BS degree or equivalent experience.
